Yes we know, I suck at blogging. Its just a fact of life for me.

Things are going good, we are discussing moving back to California. My parents need us. Dads health sucks ass, and Moms isnt any better.Speaking of them both, they are coming for a visit!! Yep mom and dad are getting on an airplane!! Can you belive it? 76 days and I can see my parents!! I am STOKED!! I plan on doing alot of showing the area off, Buggy Barn, Downtown, the lake, maybe taking a drive into Idaho. They have never been anywhere, I want to make this an awesome trip for them. I plan on having alot of time showing Mom off to my friends. I am hoping we have a FarmGirl meeting while she is here. And the kids will be on break most of the time they are here. On moving back -I dont know that I REALLY want to go back. For family yes, for the mind games, smog and stupid people Um No! Give me my parents, neices and nephews, even the brothers and I would be perfectly content staying here.
We are playing it by ear right now. Work is very slow for Mike.There just isnt anyone buiding anything right now, which is tough for him, cause he likes to do good work.

The kids are doing great! I am doing good and all our pets are too. Autumn (we) got a Gerbil, I wanted to name her Richard Geer, Autumn didnt get it.lol

Kyle got a Crayfish, I am still not exactly sure their purpose, but he wanted it.He got it .
Anyway I am going to go knit.. Toodles!!

bad blogger

No way, ok so I am a bad blogger, but whatever.I've been busy okay? Seriously. And now its snowing,and its supposed to continue snowing for a while. I just tried to go to work and cant get off of my road, nice huh?
New news here, my baby boy is going to be 10 tomorrow!! WHAT!! OMG could it even be possible, ready or not, here it comes. How do I feel about having a ten year old? Um Old. Period.Just Old. He is still my baby and will always be.So there!
Autumn will be 8 next year, again how do I feel about that? Old, again just old .Is there anything I can do to slow down this process? nope, as they get older so do I.HPH!
Next week will also be our 2nd christmas away from home. It will be our 11year Annerversary. Yikes! 11 years? wow ,I'll have to try and get some of our wedding pictures scanned somehow.Its been a tough road, but at the same time amazingly easy with Mike by my side.
I am still working alot. Today I work for a few hours need to get the christmas presents sent to the kids in Cali, go to the grocery for Kyles class birthday party and run into the library. All in the snow. I think I have become used to getting around in the weather, still scares the crap outta me, but hey, I cant stay in doors always.Mike is staying w/K tonight hopefully, because my boyfriend is coming over, LMAO JUST KIDDING, I dont want him driving at night in the snow, he cant see good enough for me. Well Fall is officially here. 50s in the day and 30s in the night.Things have been super busy snce school started. I have been working alot,2 sports practices a week plus 2 games on Saturdays. But they were FUN! And the kids had a blast. A's team didnt do so great, but they had fun. Kyles team did really good, and we had a nice assistant coach, so it was great. Mike will be coaching BB in the winter, and Kyle will be playing.
This weekend I went to Rosalia to meet up with some FarmGirls. Autumn and I had a girl day. We met up with some ladies and they showed us around. Afterwards Autumn fell in love with Michelles horse Quigley. The WHOLE way home all she could talk about was being a cowgirl. So I have been looking at property, which wont happen until atleast next year, but we are saving for it. Even if we dont move we could have the property. Autumn also met a new friend, who she says "feels familiar". lol.
If we ever DO move house again, which I know we eventually will, I am hoping to move out Rosalia way, it is like Mayberry!

Last week at work kinda sucked, I got called some nasty names by a 7thgrader. It amazes me the way these kids talk. I know my kids arent and wont be innocent teens, but my gosh!

Halloween is coming up and Kyle doesnt want to dress up. Makes me sad, because he thinks he is too old. But if he doesnt want to do it, he dont have to. He said he would stay home and pass out candy.
Heather and I walked about 4 miles yesterday. It was a quick and cold walk! LOL
Other than that I cant think of much else. Just living I guess, no exciting news to let you know about.

I am not really in a blogging mood today, but I feel I have neglected it. Not much going on, it is starting to change seasons, which makes me want to run for the hills!! The sunny hills, you know the ones where LC and Heidi and Spencer are... What you dont know what the hills is .. Oh my.........

Every day is a gift

So I thought about blogging a I miss my kids post. And I do, dont get me wrong. But they needed to get back in school. They missed their friends and they missed playing. Because I kept them locked up in this house tighter than fortknox and didnt let them out all summer.They ate nothing but PJ&Js and water. They deperatley needed to get away from me.

Ok just kidding, they didnt even want to go back to school. They wanted to sleep in, and have cereal and wear PJs all day. But I made them go to school.They wanted to ride the bus. I wanted to take them. They won. BUT Autumn did want me to meet her at school to walk her to her class. So I have a 2nd grader and 4thgrader.Weird! They were wondering this morning why I made them hot breakfasts, I told them it was getting colder, and they needed the brain food for school. They want to go back to cereal, I will win that one. I miss them alot, but it makes the afternoons so much sweeter. I love to have their snacks waiting for them and being at the door when they are off the bus. Makes me feel so June Cleaver-ish ; ) . They laugh at my aprons though.

I have been wanting a big dog for a long time, since we moved. So Friday we went and looked at a DutchShephard. She was beautiful, not in a looks way, but she seemed to have a sweet spirit. So we brought her home.She walked on a leash, would listen SO WELL. Loved on us, played with MightyMouse, she liked Kris and the kids. OUR kids. Then she snarled and growled and lunged at a 3 yearold who was minding his own business. So needless to say I couldnt keep her. I could not take a chance on her maming a kid. She was WAY too protective . So like a baby I bawled when I took her back, and told them please make sure she doesnt go to a home with small kids. They are a no kill shelter, so they will keep her until she is adopted. I was so bumed. But I couldnt with good concience keep her.It was her or the kids?

Anyway, so after my little scare last week with my tatas, they are much better, I havent had coffee, 'cept for a 1/2 cup sat and sun. And even those small amount I could tell the difference. I am going to get some Vitamin E , which is a suggestion from a FarmGirl. I have to tell you most o the ladies over at MaryJanesFarm, are the best. . I love it over there. I joined a yoyo swap and a pillow case swap and an apronswap.All but the pillows are done.Friday it will all be sent off. If its done I want it out of here, so I dont mess it up or the kids dont accidently spill on it.
I have been busy making Jam. We picked 30 gallons on Plums. MsCleone got 15 gallons and will sell the jam at her craft sale. Now we have a loaded apple tree. I have to get more jars to do applesauce and apple butter. Today I have to ride out to Rearden and pick up AuntDebs quilt. and then the rest of my day will be home, I want to get done today: Mop the floor, clean upstairs bathroom,my room and sewing room needs organized again. But even with my mess I am blessed. I have everything I could ever need. My kids, my husband a roof over our heads, food in our bellies
friends I know I can count on. What more do I need?

Not breast cancer. Gosh that sounds like sucha dirty word. Nasty mean and hateful. Yuck. But what I have are firbercyctic breast tissue.Guess what the remedy for it is? Slow down on the caffiene. I can do that, you can have pepsi and you coffee but you cant have my life,lol. I have lots to blog about, our 3day weekend, our new pup and school starting, but I think I will spend the fews days I have left with the kids home with them. I am sure I'll be here Tuesday morning, whining about how much I miss them,lol. Hope you are all doing GREAT!
